Partial Closure Order 133 Stockwell Road, Brixton, On

A big well done to PC Mccarthy-Spivey, who has been working hard to gather evidence in support of an application to the court for a closure order relating to a local business.

We are pleased to confirm that the court has granted the closure order in relation to 133 Stockwell Road, SW9.

As part of the closure order, conditions have been put in place which allow the business to remain open between 0800 and 2200 hours. The business MUST remain closed between 2200 hours and 0800 hours, except in the event of an emergency requiring the attendance or intervention of the emergency services.

Anyone found to be breaching the conditions of the closure order may be dealt with for a further criminal offence.
